Content: the secret sauce of your inbound lead recipe

Content is everywhere- Social media, newspapers, standup comedy shows, ads, films, e-learning sessions, billboards and even somewhere in the graffiti that you appreciate on the wall you see when you are stuck in the traffic. Traffic! What does content do? Get you the traffic you need on your product. 

Let’s say the business is your game. Your technique to tackle things is your defence and content is your offense. But, strategically built content is your winning goal. How? Strategy- SEO, right keywords, right platforms, etc is the runway for the flight that carries your fans, i.e your potential customers to your game i.e your business. 

SEO optimized blogs, social media content, E-books are all attracting the right audience if used in the right way. Creating informative blog posts, catchy captions, engaging reels and videos of the interest of your potential customers, help the viewer to reach your website and eventually your product. 

Educate your viewers with case studies that allow them to know how your product has done wonders to many and it can do the same to them too.  

Now, from the audience POV, we can’t blindly trust you in the world of ‘fake it until you make it’. Here is a hero move! The Guest Posts and User Generated Content. Writing guest posts on reputable websites or sharing industry insights builds your credibility, which helps potential leads view you as a trusted authority. User generated content like social media posts, or just a story which mentions you on their Instagram, is a living proof that helps convert prospects into leads. 

What not to do-

Don’t paste the ChatGPT answers, because guess what, your viewers know it better than you. Thus, ChatGPT and AI could refine but not define your content. 

Now, a lot of us (almost all of us) are too lazy or ignorant or don’t give a f**k about what your ad is blabbering between our movies. Thus, make it relevant and not outstanding. 

Your content will first tempt us, then we will crave the product and not know what to do next, if you have skipped the CTA part. A crystal clear CTA- Call To Action, whether it’s for signing up for a newsletter or downloading an E-book, it is going to be a GPS for your potential customers to your product.
